Problem with workflow WS10400010 Confirmations WITHOUT approval

Hello Form Users,

We are running SRM 5.0 (SRM Server 5.5) extended classic scenario.

Workflow WS10400010 Confirmation without approval works fine as long as we don't any messages in the confirmation. E.g. if no items are selected the system creates the following error messages:

Enter at least one item - which is fine

System status INCM is active (Confirmation 3000000586) - which is also fine

No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator - which also creates an entry in the alert monitor.

Anyone any ideas, why the workflow produces above error?

There could be an issue with the start condition maintained for the workflow.
