Set up MRP to plan purch. req without forecast

Dear all,

I've a problem with my MRP. I try to explain.

For my external procurement materials I've, as usual, some consumptions originated by Process order and some by Planned order. These last ones come from forecast.

I need to exclude in the calculation of the purchase requisition quantity the consumption originated by the planned order (by forecast).

I try to explain better: when I enter in the opening period for a specific external procurement material, the planned order is changed in a purchase requisition. In this moment I would like that the system ignore the consumption not really planned from a human, so the forecast...

I know that the correct way should be to set up a time fence on the finished good, but I can't do it for other reasons. In theory I need a kind of time fence on the external procurement material, that clears all the dependent requirement not linked with an order process.

May be is it possible to set up something of similar setting the Lot size (MARC-DISLS)?
