9. If any for new requirement , if sap standard not suitable, at that time we need to write the custom rule.
10. creating custom infotypes, subtype, adding subtype to standard infotype like for passport etc.,
11. helping to end users if they got struck if anywhere
12. preparing UAT, end use manuals, configuration document.

Dear it totally depends upon the sub module you are going to provide the support. Like if you are in payroll support then support issues will be related to some WT's, issues in some remuneration statements of some employees etc
If you are in Time management supprt then issues related to clock in and clock out time recording problems, leave quota deduction problems etc.
ESS.MSS--> then issues related to password lock, data consistency etc
