To create one Service order from Sales order having multiple Service prod

Hi Experts,

I am working on customers requirement which is as below.

1. Create service order

2. Enter two service product having task list A & B

3.Create only one serivce order from it having both the task list assigned.

Is there any configuration setting for this.

Hello,

It is not possible and there is no config related to the same.

You can ask the customer to combine the task list of both the products into one service product.

Hi Ashish,

Thanks for your response. But the thing is customer wants to use different service products in a sales order as he can charge to different "bill to party" for each service product. Here they will use the fix billing ,not the resourse related billing.

So having one service order with all the tasks simplifies their requirement.

Is there any userexit/badi by which we can achieve this.

For all the service product only one service order will get created.
