Dear all,
I would like to use vendor evaluation, using four criteria (on time delivery, quantity reliability, quality score and complaint/rejection).
My problem is about the complaint. I think I did the customizing quite well : complaint impact, ShareBusnVolume, scoring method.
However the score the system gives me is 0. I can not understand the meaning of 0. For me 0 means it doesnt found any data. OK so if there is no complaint the score should be max i.e. 100, shouldn't it?
The 3 other criteria work well.
Could anyone help me on this point?
