Filter pane in Analysis for office 2.7 not displaying any values

Hi All,

Some of my users are facing issue they are unable to view any values in the filter panel.

Steps they are following :

1. characteristics right click and click on filter by member

2. once done a popup will show where there is no value is displying. neither any message.
