SAP Service Connection Problem

Dear all,

I want to open service connectionto SAP from one of my SAP system. While doing so "SAP Router status" shows status as "Not Connected" on service connection page.

I downloaded service connector on my PC and tried to open service connection but it fails with following error message.

Could anyone help me in this regards to proceed further to resolve this issue.

    This means that your local PC (thmumsap18.corpdomain.net) is not allowed to contact 194.117.106.129. You have to put your IP/domain name in the saprouttab.

    All other RFC's are working fine to SAP. even I am able to run report RTCCTOOL which connect to SAP.
