correction of user names

Hi,

We have different user names in Organisational hierarchy from SRM as we are trying to replicate HR structure to SRM by ALE i want to make the user names correct in HR structure.

Suppose SRM - painj

HR structure- Painjo

I want to make It Painj in HR

How can i change the user name what is transaction.

Can u tell me EXact steps.

Plz take into consideration the user ID which you want in both the systems
