Unpacking produced finish goods with repetitive production

I need of quick answer how to unpack produced finish goods. We use repetitive manufacturing.

Hi

You mean to say reverse the confirmation of the finish product.

you can do this in MF41 . document specific calcellation of the confirmation.

if you done this you can reverse the GR for the component and GI for the components.

then as per sap the finsh prodcut is unpack

Hi

You can reverse the backflush document with T code MF41 and For GI the mvt type is 261 and for reversal 262 and for GR mvt type 131 and 132 for reversal.

But I mean is it possible to define new MvType only for unpacking and after that to use this for analyses.

Hi

these are the mvt type defined in REM profile.so kindly check in your REM profile and for reversing you can use 132 or copy it to make it new z mvt type and cofigure it with G/L accordingly.its better to go with the standard.

Did that mean that I have to create new details in REM profile for this activity(all of them)? I need of this because I have to made a kind of report for production and to analyse results which are relevant to MvT. I hope that I'm clear.

Hi

If you are going to define new Mvt type in your system for GR and GI for REM then you have to assign them in your REM profile also and then accordingly FI MM setting also in OBYC.unless you define the Mvt type in REm profile while you backflushing the material it will automatically pick those mvt types defined in profile for GR and GI.kindly consult with your MM consultant for these settings.
