Hi!
We are struggling to execute a measurement of our system using transaction USMM. In particular, we are interested in a correctly compiled log for our users, but we are having trouble getting correct figures. All users were classified using a custom program against the special module user types (in our case 71 to 74), and are showing up correctly when using SU10, or "Mass Change".
However, after running the system measurement, only one of our classified groups shows up correctly in the log. The larger classes (with a population in the thousands) are stated as cointaining 2 or 3 users. The classification is correctly performed (we've even reclassified all users using mass change to the same group in order to have the classification performed using SAP tools). We are taking non-dialog users into account.
There are a few errors in which some users do not get correctly classified, but since they are inactive in our system it should not matter.
Why are our users not showing up in the USMM logs, even when they are found as predicted in SU10 and mass change?
