inbound side idoc is not receiving for matmas

hi spokes ,

i have an issue in inbound side,.

i send material using bd10 on outbound side,but in receiving side this idoc is not receiving,either it is success or failure what ever may be but idoc should be received naa..

earlier ikept check box trigger by back ground program

but now i changed this to trigger immediatley, but still i unable to receive the idoc in inbound side
