Messaging and alerts in app created via SAP web ide

I am developing an application using sap web ide. I want to implement the messaging and alert part in the application, means the different users should be able to chat with each other(based on the confoguration who can chat with whom), and secondly application should provide alert when an event or notification is configured.

Can anyone help in here if this is possible in web ide and if yes, please give some insight or document which might help. Thanks in advance.
