1 User ID for 2 Backend Purchasing Groups

Hi SRM Gurus,

Is it possible for a single SRM user ID to access the worklist (in the sourcing cockpit) of 2 backend purchasing groups?

From my understanding, any user that you assign under the purchasing organization can access the requirements under it regardless of the purchasing groups. Am I wrong with this assumption?

My org plan looks like this:

Root

- Company

- Purchasing Org

-- central buyer (SRM user)

-- Backend Purchasing Group 1

-- Backend Purchasing Group 2

Hi Marvin,

Your assumption is generally correct - one purchaser can access his/her own as well as other requirements. By default the Worklist displays his/her own requirements only, but he/she can search for other requirements. Take a look at the Worklist and Search section in the online documentation:
