We have a BPC implementation with users all over the world and have some issues where no users at a particular location can run data manager packages or else some users can run packages and some can't from the same office. This seems to mainly happen to our users outside of North America but we can't narrow down the difference between machines or locations that could be causing the problem. Has anyone seen a similar issue where DM packages work for some and not for others from the same location or not? If we let the users access BPC through a terminal server in North America with their same credentials the packages will run but we don't want to make that their final option. We are on BPC 5.1 SP9.
