Vintela SSO not working with SSL

Hello,

Our XIR2 SP2 is configured with SSL(Tomcat) and it worked fine until we configued vintela SSO.

If we provide the url as https://servername:443, SSL works.

If we provide the url as http://servername:80/businessobjects/enterprise115/logon.logondo (SSO URL), it also works.

Individually SSL and SSO works.

But if we provide the URL with https://servername/businessobjects/enterprise115/logon.logondo then it errors out as "page cannot be displayed".

It is a clustered environment with three servers and all the servers have been registered with

setspn -a HTTPS/(servername,FQDN,IP address) service account.

Also, if we add the https url in the local intranet sites then the windows login box pops up with the "javalangnullpointer error on the infoview page". We are able to do a manual AD authentication with the https url, but SSO does not work with SSL.

Is there any additional settings that needs to be configured for vintela SSO to work with SSL.

Please let us know.

Thank you.
