Summary in Report Footer

I have a number of formulas in a group footer (GF2), some are summary and others use the summarized fields to back into numbers such as tax rates, interest rates, anticpated refund. I am trying to summarize a calculated field @AnticipatedRefund, but it does not show up as one of the fields that can be put in the Grand Total. Does anyone know how to do this?
