Crystal Reports Communication Error
Question: I am getting the following error when trying to view the report results in Excel format for one particular report.
"Communication Error
Communication failed with all configured Web Component Servers because they are disabled or not currently running. If this problem continues, please contact the system administrator. "
I am able to open other reports in Excel format with no trouble and I can open this report in Crystal format just fine, but I am unable to export the results to Excel from there either.
This is Crystal Enterprise 10 and the reports are run through the web. The App server is Windows 2003. We are running Excel 2003. The output of the report does NOT exceed the 65K record limitation within Excel.
Any help would be appreciated as I am not sure what else to try. All of the communication and services appear to be setup correctly and functioning as we are able to run many other reports with no issues.
Also, just to throw another wrench in the mix, this same report runs fine and exports to Excel with no problem from our old app server (Windows 2000).
