I'm trying to give Webi power-users data on how often their reports are being refreshed by their colleagues, and have amended one of the original BOXI auditing reports for the purpose. The query filters on 'action id' from the auditing universe, where this is equal to '19'.
However a user has noticed that it seems to be inflating the use of his reports and on investigation I've found that on reports with user prompts the auditing universe is counting both the press of the 'refresh data' button on the Infoview window and the press of the 'refresh data' button on the prompt window.
On reports without prompts the count is correct, on reports with prompts the count is double what it should be.
Has anyone else encountered this and found a satisfactory way around it - bearing in mind that our reports are a mix of prompt driven and non-prompt driven?
We're running BOXIr2 SP4 in a Windows/Citrix environment.
