Non-inventory, non-service invoices

Hello,

I would like to hear your opinions on how to best cope with invoices that contain neither inventoried nor service items (e.g. an invoice containing assorted stationary).

Obviously, it would be impractical to register every little thing that we buy as an item and using a service invoice seems inaccurate. I would like to avoid manual journaling.
