Negative Stock at Interim Storage type

Hi Gurus

We have created an interim storage type 800 and Stock removal and placement strategy is R. The allow negative stock indicator in unchecked.

When the Production order is created , it created a TR and TO in the background. The system allows to confirm the production order eventhough the allow negative stock is unchecked for Storage type .We have also not checked the allow negative stocks Allow negative stock for each storage type.

How ever when production is confirmed without confirming the Transfer order generated for the production order, systems confirms the production order and no error is generated. When I look in LS26 for the component a negative quant is created with the production order number as the dynamic bin.

Could you please advise what I am missing in config, which can stop the production confirmation until the component TO is confirmed.
