Solution Manager IT Service Management Incident extraction

Dear All,

We have a timeout issue when trying to export all ITSM incidents/SR.

In ITSM, at a time we can able to extract 500 Inc/SRs only without any filter that was the restriction facing.Currently for the timed-out issue, we've found the parameter value rdisp/max_wprun_time=7200. Can any one suggest is there any other way to extract all incidents/Service requests at a time with one search without any filters. Kindly help me in this issue. Is there any Job or report to extract all Incidents/SR's in Solution Manger ITSM?

    Please tell us any other alternative way to fetch all INC/SR's from solution manager via job/reports.. we've around 24k tickets in Solman ITSM.
