We have developed bespoke (customer) solutions where we transfer data from a R/3 table to an equivalent CRM table. We can perform an Initial Load and also have developed a Delta solution for each one.
For Initial Load the Queue Name assigned to the inbound BDoc is R3AI_<Object> and for Deltas R3AD_<Object>. However in the CRM trace log it mentions that 'no entry found in table SMOFQFIND for the BDoc Type. See Note 677800)'. It then states that it has used /allocated Queue Name; CRI_<Object>.
I am seeing a similar message for outbound BDocs going to R/3 but the queue name that is being allocated is CRM_<Object>. In SMW01 against each BDoc the Site & Queue Name columns are empty.
Can someone explain the role of SMOFQFIND and whether an entry is needed for each bespoke BDoc Type that is developed irrespective of whether the solution is an upload or a download?
OSS Note 677800 tends to indicate that an entry is required and looking in the table all entries seem to relate to the need for an inbound CSA queue entry. If an entry is required what values should be entered, specifically in the 'Mass Queue Name' and 'Initial Load Queue' fields?
Thank You
