ORDRSP on both EDI and PDF

Hello,

I have one customer that want to have the first ORDRSP (Create) as a EDI, When we change the delivery time or other data, he want us to send a new ORDRSP (Change) as a PDF. Is it possible and if it is. How do i set it up only for this client?
