POP-UP In PO & PR

Hi,

We are using PS Module.PR is generated thru PS only.now if we change the value of material in PR,system should give the POP-UP message "that material cost is more than projected cost:.

is there any standard functionality.

or we can use BAPI / user exit.

Hi Pavan,

There is no std functionality available for generating pop up while changing price in System generated PR through Project Networks. but you can activate workflow for PR changes like price and req.date and qty.

Hi,

Make the concerned filed in display mode to avoid any changes in price, or else use user exit to check the changes in values.

If a PR is generated through PS, then you cannot change it though ME52N . All changes has to be made from PS itself.

while creating PO we can change the price of material.so can we restrict.

there are settings in MM while copying the details from PR you can make some of the fields as non-changeable. I think you can do it...

just check with the MM consultant..
