Template field Suppressed in cProjects

Hi All,

I am working on cProject Suite 4.5.

The template is getting suppressed even after giving the input in the Template type as "Project Template", while creating the cProject Project.

Could you suggest me the reason why the template field gets suppressed.

Check if there are any templates available (released) on the project type you're choosing.

Yes there are templates already available with status released.

Could you provide me the prerequisites for creating a project using Template and few reasons why the field is suppressed

There is only condition that Project type has a Project template created with released status.

Is the Project template appearing in dropdown (readonly)?

Hi Niranjan,

Nothing is shown in the dropdown, i haved created a project template with the project type and released, using the same project type, am trying to create a project, still that field is not opening, upon that the field is shortening and also no dropdown.

Just to check, have you selected the desired project type prior to the template selection?
