Determination of Organizational data in DCN (Desktop Connection CRM)

Hello *,

when creating a Task in DCN the determination of organizational data belonging to the user does not take place.

When doing the same in CRM with the same user no issue occurs.

Do we have to perform any Settings? In case those are required - WHERE?

SAP has provided the solution to Org data determination problem for Desktop connection. Try applying latest version of note 2505977.
