Condition exclusion item

Hello Gurus,

we have a floor price and customer specific price. Customer pricing condition is a later step in the pricing procedure so if found, it is set first priority over floor price. with this scenario, i am having a difficult time finding out why there is an exclusion item status set in a condition item for the customer price. the sales order creation date is prior to the condition creation date, however, the validity of the customer price covers the creation date. The condition has a scale and the from qty is 15KG, the order is 300LB. We did 'update" on the item condition, it is still showing the floor price being active. Even creating a new sales order, the floor price is still the active one. Condition analysis says condition record found. I have looked for condition exclusion config settings. there is one exclusion group but it is not assigned to any of the pricing procedures. It should be straight forward where there is a customer specific price greater than the "from" scale qty.. this should be picked as the active price rather than the floor price.

Thank you Gurus.

It is a standard functionality that if both the condition types has a Condition Class as B (Prices) only one pricing condition in the lowest level ( step number ) will be active and rest are made inactive by the system. So If you have two, you may need to change the first one to be a discount or surcharge in V/06

Hi G Lakshmipathi ,

you are right that they both are B price types.. however, the customer specific price is the later step than the floor price. this scenario is working for all other customer/material combo except for this one. what's interesting is that when I change the sales order qty to be 350 lbs, it activates the customer price. if I make the qty any lower than 350LB, it uses the floor price. In the material master, sales org1, there is no sales min/max qty either.
