ntscmgr.exe

Hi

I want to install SAPRouter in a DMZ machine which is not a SAP server. This will contact with the internal SAP servers within the firewall.

To install SAProuter I need ntscmgr tool. AS this is not a SAP server I have to install ntscmgr.exe. I have downloaded it from Note 618053 - Download Location for NTSCMGR.EXE. How can I install it in my windows machine?

Can anybody help me regarding this?

You just copy the NTSCMGR.EXE file in a directory of your Windows machine !

I copied it to the directory, but when i m trying to execute SAPRouter with this:

ntscmgr install SAProuter -b ...\saprouter\saprouter.exe -p u201Cservice -r <parameter>u201C

Its saying: ntscmgr is not recognised.

I don't have access to your system. It's impossible to guess what is going on.

Is it the right release ?

Is it the right architecture binary (32 bit vs 64 bit, itanium vs x86) ?

There can be a lot of reasons !

Are you executing the command from the same directory where the file is located?.... or you set a path on the env variables?
