Can we do addition of T code in scope of list in purchasing in IMG ? ( not maintenance )

SAP has given 74 transaction code, where we can assign the scope of list.
Tell me for which transaction code u want to assign Scope of list.
No I don't want for any assignment of scope of list .
Rather I want to add new T code ( leftmost coloumn) in this.
How to do this ?
