Hi All.
Trying to display/change teh collection text for customers and met with short dump.
Navigation :
Customer Display/change > correspondence
Go to Extras > Texts > click on Collection Note
met with error :
ABAP runtime errors CALL_FUNCTION_RECEIVE_ERROR
" " / "Internal RFC error SYSTEM_CANNOT_WRITE_TABLE (RFC_IO5/IO HANDLE=20
Error analysis
An error occurred when executing a Remote Function Call.
"Internal RFC error SYSTEM_CANNOT_WRITE_TABLE (RFC_IO5/IO HANDLE=20 DRV=GUI
LINE"
Status of connection.... "RFC DRV=GUI INPUT"
Internal error code.... "RFC_IO5"
There is an error in the communication system. To clarify
and resolve the error, contact your system administrator.
How to resolve this..?
For other customers we are able to navigate and edit/add the information to collection text.
is it because of some data problem..?

Please check the patch levels with your basis team.

check your RFC used for this also the user should have the authorization to the path specified.

Hi,
User has teh RFC authorization , since she is able to see the collection text for other customers and she can update as well.
Only happening for this one customer.
Is there any table where the data pertaining to this collection text is stored so that I can check if there are any abnormal characters being used..?
