Sec 89 relief calculation

Dear Experts,

In India Payroll there is a sec 89 relief calculation in case of cross financial retro payroll run. I want to know how the tech wagetypes like /616, /650 and /6I2 etc are taken care while calculation of sec 89 value. That means I want the equation for generation of /451 (sec 89 ) value with the help of /616, /650 /6I2 etc.

Or,

Is there any standard report for generation of sec 89 relief explaining detail of Accrual basis of Income Tax & Receipt basis of Income tax year wise?
