ITSM 7.2 SP06 - Automatic Email Notifications

Hello Experts,

Im fighting with email notifications for transactions types ZMIV and ZMRQ.

For both transaction types I need a similar functionality.

ZMIV

- new (auto support team determination BRF+) - ok

- author action (email to author) - ok

- sent to support (email to processor) - ok

- forwarded (email to support team) - not working

I wanted to use SMIN_STD_FIND_TEAM_SEND_EMAIL, but this functionality is not working when SMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT is active (BRF+) - 2464175 and Support Team Dispatching is not what I need. And I do not know if is possible to extend SMIN_STD_FIND_PARTNER_FDT functionality.

ZMRQ

- author action (email to author) - ok

- sent to support (email to processor) - ok

- forwarded (email to support team) - not working

Forwarded for ZMRQ is not working because of this error

Error in resolution of rule 'AC35000139' for step 1

I will be glad for any help.
