Creating SAP ECC QM notifications from CRM complaints


Dear Experts,

We are working on CRM 5.0 and have a scenario where we need to create SAP ECC QM notifications w.r.t the complaints document generated in SAP CRM. The help documentation says that action profiles can be configured to do this i.e. trigger creation of a QM notification w.r.t. the complaints document. But none of the standard complaints action profiles contain this functionality.

Could someone please let me know how this needs to be setup? Also is there any other configuration like copy controls etc. required for this. If so, where does it need to be done?
