How to Create a JAVA Proxy from NWDS CE 7.1 from the PI 7.1 Enterprise Serv

We developed a custom build JAVA application using the PROXY framework for PI/XI integration. These JAVA proxies are used to be created from PI 7.0/XI3.0 Integration Builder Repository Tool. Per SAP in PI 7.1, we can create proxies in 2 ways. 1. the same old way from Repository and 2 from NWDS. The option 1 will only to be used to create existing JAVA proxies (compatible with PI 7.0 - SAP JAVA 1.4 ). For all new development, the proxies should be created from NWDS. I installed NWDS CE 7.1 SP07 Patch 003 and configured to connect PI system. I am not seeing an option to create JAVA proxy from NWDS. Can one of you help me how to create JAVA proxy from NWDS.
