How to add 10% doubtful debt allowance amount when Aging over 120 days and 30% for Aging over 180 days?
From eLearning, this setting showed in Aging report the last column but how to add this formula in B1?
In Aging for business partner will show Doubtful Debt Amount column by default (over 120 days will charge 10% and over 180 days will charge 30%) in eLearning. How B1 setup this formula?
How to contol this doubtful debt amount for ALL business partners in B1? When the doubtful amount increated from 10% to 30% and need to reverse the previous JE and post the increased JE from time to time? It wil take time to go over whole list if the clients have lot of customer and did not pay promptly.

Hi,
You can set the Doubtful debt percentage at the following path :
Administration > Setup > Financials > Doubtful Debts.
The calculation of doubtful debts is available using the Customer Receivables Aging report (Reports > Financials > Accounting > Aging > Customer Receivables Aging).
In order to display data regarding doubtful debts, you have to choose the Due Date by Sales Doc. tab page.
