In one of our ECC production environment, we have issue with the queue set to waiting and the QIN scheduler that come back to U instead of R .. The issues is linked to Initial Data Loading.
We have noticed that in this environment, and only this environment, the field operating mode is automatically set by the system to the value 'I' Initial Data transfer instead of 'T' Transactional event active (standard)
We do not understand the root cause of the issue . We have big issues with CIF Monitoring because of this since we have to do manual action to go out from READY status
