Show Interactions for Contact ID

Hi All,

We use yM Cloud 1808.

As of EU GDPR we have to show the interactions for a specific contact. The only solution I know currently would be to create a export definition and show it on campaign or target group.

As this solution is not very easy to use (it has to be used always a segmentation model or it has to be build a target group or campaign for every single request I would like to know if somebody had solved this request in another way?

Input would be the ID of the contact and output should be the interactions of this contacts with the possibility to export it as a CSV or Excel File.

I am really surprised that SAP still has not solved this issue as of the change of the EU Data Privacy Law we need to fulfill this demand of our customer. Maybe I just could not see it until now in the system.

We used a Custom CDS View and build a query on top. Afterwards we have used a Custom Tile and added it to a catalog. This was the only way we could fulfill the requirement.

Hi Oliver,

Typically such requests should be automated through e.g. a customer portal. SAP Marketing Cloud comes with a lot of APIs that can be queried from other systems to achieve just that.

In your example you would need to call the following API: API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV
