Enhancement needed for outbound delivery document after PGI

dear experts ,

I have one concern about enhancement of outbound delivery note after PGI ;

my business scenario is like this :

after picking -- > packing (HU assigned) , then outbound delivery note will be posted ; sometimes , when the goods arrived at customer's plant , but unfortunately , maybe one of HU (VDA label) cannot be scanned by customer , then customer will create another VDA label( HU ) on their own ; but customer will send this new HU number to us , then we need to record into this outbound delivery note manually . then we can track it later ;

sample format notes like : HU20001 (ours )---- > HU30003(customers )
