Blank TLN in Portal 7.4 for a user using Ajax Framework in IE but not in Chrome

Hi,

As of now only one user is not able to see the TLN in Portal 7.4 using Internet Explorer where a blank TLN is being displayed but the same user is able to see it through Chrome browser.

Also under personalization "com.sap.portal.navigation" is being captured again and again even though it was removed.

Kindly let me know what could be the possible reason for the blank TLN displayed through IE.

Hi Bharanidharan

Are you facing the same issue with SAP standard Desktop ?, If not checked follow the below KBA and check once

KBA # 2361327 - Assigning SAP provided Desktop to Users

And as you mentioned that its specific to IE, then kindly refer the below as well :

KBA # 2398889 - Internet Explorer support for Enterprise Portal for recommendation to be followed for IE 11

Check the below KBA and clear the personalization/customization (Some part you have already checked)
