Blank TLN in Portal 7.4 for a user using Ajax Framework in IE but not in Chrome

Hi,

As of now only one user is not able to see the TLN in Portal 7.4 using Internet Explorer where a blank TLN is being displayed but the same user is able to see it through Chrome browser.

Also under personalization "com.sap.portal.navigation" is being captured again and again even though it was removed.

Kindly let me know what could be the possible reason for the blank TLN displayed through IE.
