How to display the Previous years

CJE0 - 12KST1A costs:budget/actual/commt/rem.plan/assd

How to display the previous years budget in above mentioned report. at present the report is showing only cumulative value of previous years,2009 and 2010.....

My requirement is from 2005 to 2009 i want display the value in this report, please through some light on this.

Hi Murali,

In that report you click on Period/year option at left side of that report, you can get Budget values for all fiscal years.

Hi,

enter tcode S_ALR_87013558, select all projects by using multiple selection function then execute

then you will get all project figs.

follow the steps given by mr hari for getting previous years budget figs.

But i want check the previous years budget for some number of projects not one by one, because the number of project are more.

The above mentioned solution is for one by one i can check the pervious years budget. But my requirement is collective.

this will excecute the Report for all the project for all the years.

Delete all other entries while inserting the obj. no. as PR* . and the number of hits to any number say 5000.

Hi,

You can use quries (SQVI) to generate the report of your requirement

using the table BPJA
