We have created inspection plan for the material 259 and in the plan,sampling scheme is assigned for the MIC.
The detail is given below.

(1) Inspection Type - 89 --> Manual Inspection Type.
(2) Material : 1259
(3) Inspection Plan : Group : 253 : Counter : 2.
(4) Sampling Procedure : QUAL-DMS
(5) Assignments --> Sampling Type :300 --> Use Sampling Scheme
(6) Assignments --> Valuation Mode : 100 --> Attributive Inspection Nonconforming units.
(7) Assignments --> Sampling Scheme : 252 --> ISO 2859-1 / Level II / multiple

-
I have created the Inspection lot with lot size (a)25,(b)(c)50,(d)90,(e)150,(f)280 and (g)500
Assignments --> Sampling Scheme : 252 --> ISO 2859-1 / Level II / multiple
Inspection Severity - 4 and AQL Value - 15.000
LOT QTY SAMPLE SIZE NO.ON SAMPLES PERMITTED SAMPLE QTY INSP.LOT NO
25 3 2 --> 3 X 2 = 6 890000000438
50 2 5 --> 2 X 5 = 10 890000000439
90 3 5 --> 3 X 5 = 15 890000000440
150 5 5 --> 5 X 5 = 25 890000000441
280 8 5 --> 8 X 5 = 40 890000000442
500 13 5 --> 13 X 5 = 65 890000000443
Upto this point, every thing is good.
System calculates the sample quantity correctly.

In result recording after valuating the first sample, I have to select the second sample.
I could not select.
First sample qty is 6.
I have valuated and accepted all the 6 and second time I have rejected all the 6.
What ever may be the case, Second sample could not be selected.
Please guide me to solve this issue.
With Best Regards,
