HU deleted but storage unit still exist in the system

Hi

We have WM with HUM scenario. I am facing a strange problem. I am not able to do physical inventory process for a bin.System gives me an error "No stocks from HU storage locations can be managed on SU 00000000010000020662.Message no. L3804".

When i checked in the system the HU is not exist (checked in HUMO). But in LX02 report of the bin this SU is exist. When i click on HU stock tab, system gives me error"Storage unit 00000000010000020662 is not a handling unit.Message no. L1616."

I also found that in VEKP table the status of this HU is 0060= Deleted.

Now I need to complete my inventory process for this bin and for it i have to deleted this SU also.

Can anybody help me for solving this issue?

Hello,

Once the HU is deleted, you loose the HU <--> SU connection. And this will cause IM / WM / HU stock inconsistency.

I have faced quite a no. of such issues and have always referred this to SAP. They have a transaction that will clear up / correct the inventory differences and they always recommend approaching SAP for carrying out any maintenance of such issues. They are always fast in response if you create a High OSS request for them.

I ran into stock issues when we had tried doing changes. Of course you could try the same exact scenario in dev client and should that work, you may do that.

The problem here is that the HU is deleted which belongs to the SU. So you must change the status to 0020 or 0010 and than the HU is ok. So you can do your inventory process to that SU.
