Function P2006 to retrieve IT2006 record in quota generation by time evalua

Hi experts,

I have following senario:

1.We generate annual leave quota for EE at the beginning of year(assume nobody will terminate in current year)

2. We need to use IT2013 to do the absence quota correction, hence I have to set the generation method as "increase".

3.When someone leave the company at the middle of year, we need to recalculate the quota for this EE up to leave date as he/her has not served a full year.

4.What we want is to replace the value of IT2006, however the result is increased because the config is "increase"

5.So I tried to find a way to clear the value in table ABWKONTI at the beginning of recalculation.But when I use P2006 to retrieve the record in IT2006(there's record in IT2006),I found that the value of table ABWKONTI is zero and I don't know why.

For example, there's a record with value 10 days annual leave from Jan.01,2008 to Dec.31,2008, when I recalculate from Jan.01,2008 to Dec.31,2008, the function P2006's input table (ABWKONTI )with zero days annual leave.

Could you give me clue to realize this requirement? Any input will be appreciated!
