The issue while upgrading to EHP1

Hi

we are upgrading solution manger netweaver 7.0 to ehp1 using SAINT. We couldnt import queue since it was taking a long time hence we schedule the queue to be imported in background . But the problem is that the back ground job is running past four days and still its not complete. when we try to see slog file under usr/sap/trans directory . we could see the warning information shown below. Can anyone help me to solve this isuue .

WARNING:
