Opportunity Assignment

Hi All,

I Have a scenario: when sales person leaving the organization, all the opportunities pending on his name should be assigned to somebody else (i.e. to any assigned person it should be assigned).

Is ther any BADI to do this.

or let me know any solutions to proceed with this...
