Time Management - 2006

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario in Time Management i.e.,

a. Any employee taking authorized leave upto 3 hours leave would be deducted for 3

Hours.

b. Any employee taking authorized leave for 4 hours his 1 day is deducted

How to Config this. Is there any Standard ways for this
