Hello,
Is there a way to sort the Result List of service requests to show the most recent IDs first? If the result list is over the Max Number of Results, we notice that some IDs are not showing up in the list. Or will sorting have an effect on performance? Thanks
Hello Heather,
The decision is just the first 100 results returned.
Best regards,
Dolores

Hello,
Check if the content of KBA
2107486 - Sort order and filters back to default when refresh in CRM WEB UI - Solution Manager
is relevant for you.

Thanks, that is relevant. But I still have a question around the max number of results. For example, if we have our max set to 100 but have 150 total IDs, it is not clear how the system is deciding which 100 IDs to display; it seems to skip around (and not display the IDs in order despite my saved personalization). When I do set personalization (ID descending and date changed descending), it is only filtering on those 100 IDs and not the entire 150.
How does the system decide which 100 service request IDs will display in the results screen?
Thanks!
