PI adapter for MDM 7.1

Hi All,

Has anyone used PI adapter for MDM 7.1.

what is the transport protocol, the technical details that we need to mention in the PI adapter communication channel.

is there any blog/howto guide on usage of MDM PI adapter.

Hi Ganesh,

For both MDM sender and receiver communication channels the Transport Protocol is "MDM Provider", Message Protocol is "MDM". Along with you need to provide MDM Access Parameters like which MDM Server and Repository you want to use, provide Repository User credential details like User Name and Password that you need to create repository, along with also provide "Port Code" and "DBMS server name and type".
