The container variable is your message interface (abstract) ...can also be simple type element or receiver...you can normally include the container variable in the transformation step as a source or target MI....provided you have defined a Interface Mapping with the same MI as source or target...anything specific that you are looking at??

    Hi,,

You need to define interface mapping with abstract Interfaces.

Once done , select the mapping in ur transformation step. depending on the mapping , the entries for selecting source message and target message will be displayed in Transformation step. select the related container elements depending on ur source messages and target messages as defined in Interface Mapping.

    Regards,

    Syed
