Hi, Is it possible to assign 10 finished products as members in a product group. pls note that ea finsished product will have its bom (consist of sub-assemblies and raw). we want system to generate procurement for all proucts. some of the finished product will have same materials, meaning raw is part of many finished products. how to set one PR for all raws of all finished products? pls guide me.
U can Assign 10 Finish Goods to a Product Group as members. For getting a single PR for u r raw materials u need to Assign Periodical lot size to the Material master of Raw materials like WB,MB so that system will combine the req and generate a single PR.
Sir, i want one PR for same raw material, like raw mat A exists in different fininshed products, i want one PR for all raw A. same for all B etc.pls guide.
Use lot size say MB for u r Raw materials A and B in Material Master. When u run MRP system will group the req of A and also for B generating for Different Finished Products and Make a single Lot and give a PR qty which will be the sum of all. Kindly revert back if u still not get single PR after MRP (Use ind 1 for Create purchase req.)
